If the dealer has a hand total of 17 or higher, they will automatically stand. If the dealer has a hand total of 16 or lower, they will take additional hit- .... Once all cards are drawn, whoever has a total closer to 21 than the dealer wins. If player's hand and dealer's hand have an equal value, it's a tie.

If you cannot surrender and do not know the count then hit. If you know the count and it is 0 or lower then hit, but if it is true 1 or higher .... If you beat the Dealer without reaching 21, you win double your bet.
